Bereavement is the experience of losing someone significant, and grief is the emotional response to that.

It is a deeply personal, and often painful process, which can be profound and far reaching, impacting all areas of a person’s life: emotionally, psychologically, physically, socially, cognitively and behaviourally. My role as a grief therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate space to support you in processing your loss, to support you in rebuilding your life, and to regain functioning.
